Square & Compass Celebrates the Detroit Masonic Temple with Rob Moore

The Detroit Masonic Temple is both the world’s largest Masonic Temple and a significant part Detroit’s (and the regions) architectural and historical character.

Since its 2020 inception, Square & Compass has often explored the architectural and historical significance of the Windsor Masonic Temple.

Just across the river from the Windsor Masonic Temple sits Detroit Masonic Temple.

Built during the “golden age of Freemasonry,” the Detroit Masonic Temple is both the world’s largest Masonic Temple and a significant part Detroit’s architectural and historical character.

Square & Compass was proud to explore the Detroit Masonic Temple’s significance with its Chief Docent Robert Moore.

The Detroit Masonic Temple offers tours (including special “behind-the-scenes” tours), an amazing venue for weddings and other events, and has created a significant historical imprint on Detroit and the surrounding area.

Square & Compass was proud to speak with Robert Moore, and encourages everyone within the Detroit area to visit this amazing Masonic Temple.

You can find more information about the Detroit Masonic Temple here.

Other Masonic Temples which Square & Compass have visited include the Bay City Scottish Rite Cathedral

Square & Compass is also very proud to visit these Masonic and Community Homes, and to speak to the caretakers of these Temples about these treasures!
