Introducing MAPEI’s Mapefloor™ industrial-flooring system solutions

Every jobsite has its own unique challenges – that is why MAPEI offers solutions that are organized according to site requirements and types of use. From CAD drawings and specification services to jobsite assistance, MAPEI system solutions encompass the complete building project. And now, we have put together an entirely new category of solutions based on our Cementitious & Resin Flooring Systems line: Mapefloor Industrial Flooring.

Mapefloor products are durable, functional and quick to install. They are developed with the latest technology to meet high-performance requirements in industrial environments, such as manufacturing facilities for food and pharmaceuticals, storage facilities and distribution centers. Mapefloor products are also suitable for use in institutional, commercial and even residential environments.

Cement-based flooring systems

Mapefloor CPU systems

These systems feature chemical resistance, resistance to extreme temperatures and thermal shock, high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion. They are the best choice for food-preparation facilities; dairies; industrial kitchens; pharmaceutical, healthcare and animal-care facilities; fire stations; and areas receiving heavy traffic.

Resinous flooring systems

Mapefloor I 302 SL

This product is suitable for self-smoothing and textured coatings, as well as for multi-layering broadcast systems and seal coats for epoxy mortar screeds. Mapefloor I 302 SL offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance in both wet and dry processing areas, while creating surfaces that are flat and seamless with a highly attractive finish. It can be custom tinted to achieve any desired color. This flooring choice is suitable for food- preparation facilities, healthcare facilities, intense traffic, shopping malls, animal-care facilities and residential garages.

Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept

Similar in performance to other resinous flooring products, this product offers a built-in aesthetic quality as well as good chemical resistance; it also features higher resistance to abrasion than traditional self-leveling systems. Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept is well suited for high-traffic public spaces such as restaurants, bars, hotel lobbies, classrooms, offices, restrooms and patient rooms in healthcare environments.

Decorative finishes

These types of finishes contain colored flakes or decorative quartz materials that are broadcast into the surface to create a vibrant, attractive appearance. These products offer a seamless look while also providing an anti-slip surface. They are particularly well suited for high-traffic public spaces, such as locker rooms, sports venues, showrooms and clinics.

Coatings and sealants

Resinous flooring systems provide a high-build protective film on the concrete surface, which produces a robust, long-wearing, abrasion-resistant coating for almost any environment.

Resinous-flooring epoxy mortars

Epoxy mortars provide a strong and durable option for installation over underlying concrete slabs or anywhere where concrete substrates are deteriorated. Also, an excellent feature of these types of products is how they can be used to fix structural problems and gently slope floors to enable better water drainage in industrial settings. This provides a quick turnaround time to the end user, whereas some cementitious-type systems need more time to cure.

Parking deck systems

Mapefloor PU 400 FC

This product is part of a system that is perfect for providing a hard, durable and waterproof surface for all deck-coating needs. Mapefloor PU 400 FC high-performance, polyurethane, elastomeric coating helps provide a waterproofing membrane with an excellent UV-stable and non-slip finish.
